Not investment advice

Nothing on this site is investment, legal, or tax advice. Session deliverables are operational plans and Desktop configuration support. You remain solely responsible for trading decisions, custody, and compliance with exchange and Korean regulatory requirements.

Engagements

Paid sessions are described on the Fees and Engagements pages. A confirmed booking creates a service contract for that session only. We may decline engagements that require custody, discretionary trading, or prohibited jurisdictions.

Intellectual property

Site text, visual design, and Scalablenet materials remain our property or that of licensors. You may not copy session worksheets for commercial resale. You may keep materials produced for your own portfolio use.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the site to attempt unauthorized access, scrape in a way that degrades service, submit malicious content through forms, or impersonate Scalablenet.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under the laws of the Republic of Korea, Scalablenet is not liable for trading losses, exchange outages, incorrect balances caused by third-party APIs, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or sessions. Our aggregate liability for a paid engagement is limited to the fees you paid for that engagement.

Website accuracy

We aim to keep descriptions current but may update fees, session formats, or Desktop references without prior notice. Microsoft Store availability and exchange features are controlled by third parties.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Courts in Seoul shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms, subject to mandatory consumer protections that may apply.

Changes

We may revise these Terms by posting an updated version on this page. Continued use after posting constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
