Legal bases
We process data based on steps prior to contract (responding to bookings), contract performance (delivering paid sessions), legitimate interests in securing the site, and legal obligations where applicable under Korean privacy law.
Retention
Inquiry emails without a booking are typically retained up to 24 months. Booking and invoice records are retained for the period required by Korean commercial and tax rules (generally five years unless a longer duty applies). Server logs are rotated on a shorter operational cycle.
Sharing
We use infrastructure providers that may process data on our behalf (hosting, email delivery). We do not sell personal data. International transfers may occur when a provider stores data outside Korea; we select providers with appropriate safeguards and contractual protections.
Your rights
Subject to Korean law, you may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of processing, and you may withdraw consent where processing is consent-based. Contact contact@scalablenet.digital. You may also lodge a complaint with the Personal Information Protection Commission (PIPC) of Korea.
Children
The site and engagements are aimed at adults. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
Security
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures, including HTTPS and limited staff access to inquiry mailboxes. No method of transmission is perfectly secure.
Updates
We may update this Policy by posting changes here. Material changes will be reflected by the date context on this page when revised.
