Data we collect

  • Contact form fields: name, email, optional engagement interest, exchanges named, and message content
  • Technical data: IP address, browser type, and basic server logs needed for security
  • Cookie-related preferences stored locally in your browser (see our Cookies page)
  • Booking correspondence and invoices when you purchase a session

We do not ask for exchange passwords, withdrawal-enabled API keys, or government ID through the public website form.

  • Meeting accounting and legal obligations in Korea

We process data based on steps prior to contract (responding to bookings), contract performance (delivering paid sessions), legitimate interests in securing the site, and legal obligations where applicable under Korean privacy law.

Retention

Inquiry emails without a booking are typically retained up to 24 months. Booking and invoice records are retained for the period required by Korean commercial and tax rules (generally five years unless a longer duty applies). Server logs are rotated on a shorter operational cycle.

We use infrastructure providers that may process data on our behalf (hosting, email delivery). We do not sell personal data. International transfers may occur when a provider stores data outside Korea; we select providers with appropriate safeguards and contractual protections.

Your rights

Children

The site and engagements are aimed at adults. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Security
