About Scalablenet

Why we exist

Private investors in Korea often keep the same assets on local venues and one or two offshore books. Manual rebalancing between those venues is slow, fee-heavy, and easy to postpone until drift is already large. Scalablenet exists to make that work deliberate: a Desktop that shows the whole book, and a human review when the weights matter.

Origin

The practice started as informal evening reviews for a small circle of traders near Teheran-ro who wanted a second pair of eyes before moving size between Korean and offshore venues. Demand for a repeatable method — and a machine-side companion that remembered targets overnight — led to Crypto Portfolio Desktop and the engagement structure we use today.

How we work

We stay close to balances, fees, and venue constraints. Sessions are quiet and concrete: reconcile first, set guards, draft orders, configure the Desktop, then watch settlement. We do not sell coin picks or promise returns. Our job is to help you return a multi-exchange book to the weights you already chose.

People

Reviews are led by practitioners who have spent years moving personal and client-adjacent spot books across Korean and international venues. The Gangnam office hosts in-person sessions; most remote work runs in the early evening Korea time when both local and offshore books are active.

Values

  • Reconcile before advising. Numbers on the screen must match venue exports.
  • You place the trades. We draft; custody stays with you.
  • Fees are part of the plan. A rebalancing that ignores maker/taker and withdrawal costs is incomplete.
  • Quiet rooms. Sessions avoid urgency theatre; timing follows your risk limits.
